Born and raised in Philadelphia, Edwin Desamour has dedicated his life to community empowerment and youth advocacy. After overcoming significant challenges in his own life, Edwin made it his mission to support young people facing similar struggles. He has worked with the Philadelphia Anti-Drug/Anti-Violence Network, Congreso, and WOAR, and today serves as Director of The Lighthouse Sports Complex. A role model, entrepreneur, and respected voice in our community, Edwin brings a spirit of generosity, understanding, and authenticity to every conversation.
